    Questions? We've got answers

How fast does it warm up?

Is it safe to use for long periods?

Yes. The Cosio Seat is designed with built-in temperature regulation to help prevent overheating and provide comfortable, controlled warmth.

For safety, always follow the instructions provided with your product and avoid use while sleeping.

How many heat settings are there?

The Cosio Seat uses an adjustable thermostat control to help you find your ideal level of comfort.

    How is it powered?

How do I clean my Cosio Seat?

Before cleaning, unplug your Cosio Seat and allow it to cool completely.

Gently wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Do not machine wash, soak or fully submerge the heating pad. Allow it to dry completely before using it again.

Can I take it with me?

Yes. The Cosio Seat is lightweight, flexible and easy to carry between home and work.

Many customers use it in their home office during the week and then take it into the office when they're working onsite.

      Testimonials

      • β€œPerfect for working from home”

I bought this for my home office and honestly use it every day. My chair feels much more comfortable and I no longer dread cold mornings. It's one of those simple purchases that makes a bigger difference than you expect.

        Rachel H.

      • β€œNo more wearing a blanket at my desk”

I've always been the person wearing extra layers while everyone else seems comfortable. The Cosio Seat has made such a difference during workdays. It warms up quickly and keeps me cosy without needing to turn the heating up.

        Sarah T.

      • β€œSuch a thoughtful gift”

Bought the Duo Pack for myself and my mum because we're both always cold. We absolutely love them. They're comfortable, easy to use and make sitting down to work or relax feel so much cosier.
