Processing
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Delivery times
Once dispatched, delivery takes 8–12 business days to the UK and US. Please allow 10–15 business days from the day you order.

Tracking
Every order comes with a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as it ships.

Christmas orders
For delivery before Christmas, please order by 5 December. Busy periods can occasionally add a few extra days.

Delayed or missing orders
